right now, I go to the gym 6 days a week with this split:
Monday (chest and triceps)
Tuesday (back and biceps)
Wednesday (shoulders and forearms)
Thursday (chest and triceps)
Friday (back and biceps)
Saturday (shoulders and forearms)
I'm thinking about switching to a full body routine 3 times a week, which do you guys think is better? I don't train legs btw
