Im 17 and wonder what gym supplements i should take. For now i only take these: -creatine, protein powder, potassium pills, magnesium pills, vitamin d3 4000ui pills, and preworkout before gym.
Should i take ashwaganda and multivitamins? Also what supplements could make me ascend and that i can buy off the counter.
 
supplements are for the vast majority insane copes. bioavailability is the main factor that makes most cope. just take creatine and omega 3 and you'll be more than fine and your wallet will thank you for it you can save more money for roids.

real no point wasting money for shit that barely makes a difference when the basics work just fine
