My crush grip is good enough. It's 152 with no training, and at a weight of 150 I don't really need to focus on that.

Unfortunately, my fingers are pretty weak. Two reasons I want to increase their strength:

1: To improve my guitar playing

2: To help with handling the basketball better

Tips?

I think I'd have fun doing that. I got the arms and legs for it, but I have little girl finger strength. Gotta up my game there before I try fingering a girl 😔

I think 45 might be a bit much for me to start lol I tried that one time and got absolutely fucked. But yeah I could do that
