Have at least a decent physique?
I am so tired of gymcelling and dont have so much time for it at morning
For me, it wont be enough, because i developed body imbalance by pushups, my chest is too big
What about this and some triceps dips?
Point is to have workout done in 10 minutes, without needed to go t gym and change clothes and other shit, which only waste time
