2. You need to gymcel asap. Gym = life. Make sure you train ur face muscles too. Will make a thread on this too soon.

3. Ashwagandha creates a negative feedback loop. Stop taking it. Instead take zinc and magnesium.

Bro trust me, I’ve made countless threads on Lefort 2s and BSSOs. They are very hard in ascending you since they cost a fuck ton of money.

Best would be to spend 3 months and slowly increase your maxilla with NAD+ and glutathione

Training face muscle is underrated, call me a coper but face muscles are still muscles

ashwagandha interacts with Cytochrome P450 enzymes. CYP450 are a group of enzymes found in the liver and other tissues in the body. They play a crucial role in metabolizing various substances, including drugs, toxins, and endogenous compounds like hormones. when taken initially it will decrease the cortisol levels and momentarily increase the test in ur body but once u go off of it, u will feel like shit
