so i going to the gym and i dont see any progress since i cut off all goyslop and i notice a weight lose.What are the best high calorie meals/foods which i can add to my diet bc im skinny bitch :feelsrope:(also affordable)

the best way to get calories and protein, you can blend whey protein, peanut butter, banana and milk together. 2 times a day and also you should add olive oil when you cook your meat.

yea i use olive oil but idk if peanut butter or whey protein is good
