will this be effective? current stats 6'1 75kg 17% body fat (skinny fat)

cant exercise due to Achilles problem so gonna have to rely on diet till i can hit the gym next month


Calories : 1200 a day

60% protein 35% fat 5% carbs

wellman multivitamins (the ones with gandys face on the packet)

how much body fat can i realistically expect to lose in a month under this regime assuming a sedentary lifestyle

This is basically impossible to answer and also pointless to ask. Do your best, you will lose what you lose. That being said, in your case I would recommend looking into extended fasting. I'll keep this post short. I'll be monitoring the thread in case you or anyone else got more questions.
