besides brutal under eye bags what surgeries are needed? I don't think a simple fat grafting would get the job done right?

ngl if u want smthg good orbital decompression but it's brutal

Moving ur maxilla forward through le fort should eliminate the eye bags

probably something like this your supraorbital rim is too high - fat grafting only works if you have a hood to be filled in

Post in thread 'Post the best infraorbital implant ascensions' https://looksmax.org/threads/post-the-best-infraorbital-implant-ascensions.976691/post-14776614
so I would need something like this below
yeah I was trying to cope with the fat graft. I am getting my CT scans which I plan on posting (so you guys can see my subhuman skull) near the end of February. Who are some surgeons I should be researching to get this implant?

this is one of the few times I would recommend going with @RealSurgerymax if you're serious about getting it done I would contact him

he has an Instagram too @giant.implants

look at a diagram of where the lefort 1 cut is (he is not getting a lefort 2+). It won't change his eyes at all

Not entirely true but not sure how much of a benefit it would be for OP to have less scleral show.

@bossman do you think botox could help?

I have hooded eyes with a projected browridge

If i raise my eyebrows all the way my eye area looks kinda similar to OPs with high set eyebrows and the upper lid becoming visible

Generally the eyebrows in men follow the supraorbital rim but eyebrows are also controlled by the frontalis muscle - if i droop my eyebrows even lower with my fingers it completely covers the eye (simulating botox)

I didn’t say any numbers. Le fort 3 would do the job for sure.
