Been recently studying HIIT training and heard it is a good way to loose fat and build stamina. I am not able to find a routine so can someone please Drop theirs.

I don't do HIIT, since losing fat is 80% diet and 20% exercise. But mainly because I hate cardio.

6-8 reps
20-30 secs sprinting
90-150 secs rest

Start by low reps at the beginning then gradually increase, dont overtrain at first or you will die. Use 100% force while sprinting
