Your current hormonal profile can affect your face, fat distrbution, mood, drive, health and libido.
Your face shape is the result of prenatal exposure to hormones tho so you can't change that.
There are benefits tho to an ideal hormonal profile

IDEAL HORMONES FOR MEN:

Estradiol: 20-30 pg/ml

Lower than 10pg/ml or higher than 40pg/ml raises mortality in men.

Total Testosterone: 800-1200ng/dl
Makes you more competitive, driven, strong etc.
Having a robust 30-40 testosterone to estradiol ratio is ideal:

Infertility treatment prognosis:
Role of testosterone/estradiol ratio in predicting the efficacy of tamoxifen citrate treatment in idiopathic oligoasthenoteratozoospermic men
Prediction of low libido and ED:
Calculated Free T and T:E Ratio but not Total Testosterone and Estradiol Predict Low Libido
Atherosclerosis development:
Synergistic Effect of a Physiological Ratio of Estradiol and Testosterone in the Treatment of Early-stage Atherosclerosis
Development of ameliorate depressive symptoms:
Neuroprotective effect of a physiological ratio of testosterone and estradiol on corticosterone-induced apoptosis in PC12 cells via Traf6/TAK1 pathway
Male coronary heart disease development:
Imbalance of testosterone/estradiol promotes male CHD development.

Free testosterone: 20-25ng/dl
testosterone is mainly bound to SHBG.
high or low SHBG affects free test levels
you can have high total testosterone but low free test and experience none of testosterone's benefits

SHBG: 25-40 nmol/L

SHBG is made in the liver in response to levels of many hormones:
1. Increasing Testosterone reduces SHBG
2. Increasing DHT lowers SHBG
3. Increasing DHEA lowers SHBG
4. Increasing Growth Hormone lowers SHBG
5. Increasing Insulin lowers SHBG
6. Increasing Estrogen increases SHBG
7. Increasing Thyroid Hormone increases SHBG

Prolactin: 9-15
keep it low
overdose vitamin e:
"Now, on to the topic of suppressing prolactin; in this study, 300 mg’s of vitamin E for 8 weeks, decreased prolactin levels by a staggering 69% when compared to placebo in healthy human subjects."
ashwagandha:
"Furthermore, the same human study also found out that Ashwagandha lowered prolactin levels by a nice 15%."

DHEA: >300μg/dl

To increase DHEA naturally:
Eat good fats with plenty of omega 3 fatty acids.
Sleep well
Lower stress:high insulin and cortisol suppress DHEA
Don't eat sugar

If not optimal you can supplement with DHEA capsules

Cortisol:

just take 5g/day ashwagandha

-HOW TO HORMONE MAX WITHOUT STEROIDS:

1)Exercise and lift weights(focus on upper body):
Cut down to 10-12% bodyfat and do lean bulks and small cuts to imporv your physique.
Too low bf percentage lowers test so don't get too lean. On the other hand, being fat raises your E levels.
Do high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for legs.
Don't overtrain. Avoid large caloric deficits.

2)Eat balanced diet high in protein, medium carbs and fats.
Eat animal proteins, less sugar, more fiber and healthy fats.
Get enough zinc(10-16mg).
You shouldn't need to supplement vitamins and minerals if your diet is proper.
Avoid excess alcohol

3)Get higher quality sleep

4)Have a healthy sex life(LAWL)

5)Bully incels, win competitions, become higher status

6)High exposure to estrogen-like chemicals may also affect your levels, so try to minimize daily exposure to BPA, parabens and other chemicals found in some types of plastic

7) Get enough sun exposure

8)Supplements:
-100mg DHEA capsules(boosts T and E in low T men probably: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16487434 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16487434)
-3g ginger extract/day(reduces inflammation in humans:https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16117603)
-300-500mg vitamin e/day ( more hair with 100mg tocotrienols: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3819075/#!po=1.21951 , lowers prolactin: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1490755 , 487 mg a-tocopherol in humans
1564453224688
)
-5g ashwagandha/day (lowers cortisol and prolactin, raises metabolism, increases test,ITS DANGERS SHOULDN'T BE OVERLOOKED http://www.mensahmedical.com/ashwagandha-dangers/, dont take if you have hyperthyroidism, careful if prone to hairloss)
-chrysin(natural) or arimadex (aromatase inhibitors)

-BLOOD TESTS
Sex Hormones:

  • DHEA-S
  • DHT
  • Estradiol (E2)
  • Pregnenolone
  • Testosterone (Free and Total)
  • Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG)
Stress Hormone:
  • Cortisol
Thyroid Hormones:
  • TSH
  • Free T3
  • Free T4
General Health Markers:
  • Chemistry Panel (Complete metabolic panel with lipids)
  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)
  • PSA (screening test for prostate cancer)

if my T level is at 665 ng/dL what should I take? The hormone doctor wouldn't prescribe me anything because she said my level is high. Also don't wanna norwoodcel if I take T.

you get enough vitaminD from the sun tho

can you post l-tyrosine studies?
couldnt find anything (its probably bro science)
but i was thinking, dopamine goes in the cycle: phenylaline -> tyrosine -> dopa -> dopamine
all these three are available as supplements, would it be possible that taking all three would increase dopamine?

Very high IQ thread.

My estrogen is 36. Testosterone is 663.

SHGB is lower than your range (23). Is that bad or good?

Not bad but there’s room for improvement.

your estrogen is slightly elevated.
what about your free t?

0.6 nmol/l. Is good?

I had these numbers done late 2017 when I was about 20% body fat. I’m a lot leaner now so I hope the numbers are better.
Fuck just googled it and my free test is shit
How though my shgb is low?

medium t levels but high conversion to E and DHT probably

im not a lookismcel but ive read there alot about dhea and supposedly it raises E

What can be done for hypothyorid

where do i get high doses of ashwagandha
also what about mucuna
only if you are really low t

only if you are really low t
most of ¨test boosters¨ which are called cope by majority of people, have usually all these herbs and
substances like ashgawanda and mucuna etc. that boost test in 1 pill

shouldnt this be easier 2 take`?

these test boosters dont have enough ashwagandha in them

for vitamin e and ashwagandha you need the large dosages i posted and that were used in the studies

What are average free t levels in ng/dl?

what u think about this product

couldnt find any more high dosed then this

medium t levels but high conversion to E and DHT probably
Do you reckon with lifestyle changes and supplementation of vitamins/herbs/minerals proven to boost T I can get up into 900+ range for T? Or am I just stuffed?
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21154195
Vitamin D for test

L-tyrosine increases dopamine which inhibits prolactin

and grape seed can also be used as natural AI

as far as natural supplements go these can help

Lifefuel tbh. My vitamin D levels were critically low when I had my hormones tested.

your test levels can plummet due to poor lifestyle choices.
a healthy young man could probably raise his test levels that high if he followed my short guide.
If you try this and in 6-8 months your hormones are still fucked then go inject

What are your hormone levels @FaceandHFD

What are your hormone levels @FaceandHFD
going to test them in 4-6 months.
i think average to above t levels, high e, high cortisol, high shbg, high prolactin lawl

100mg per day of p5p (active for of vitamin b6) is also good for lowering prolactin

I was taking that and vitamin E but now I find vitamin E is enough for me and it's cheaper.

Why would you wanna increase dopamine though? just smoke a cig

Just did some blood tests, what do you guys think? Should I inject?

Prolactin 4.982ng/ml
Estradiol 31.86 pg/ml
Testosterone 547 ng/dl (JFL)
SHBG 26 nmol/l

My low test could explain why I'm such a shy weak faggot though I eat fairly healthy mostly home made meats and veggies/fruits. Idk tried test supplements but didn't really feel any difference.

BPA and plastics really aren't my are so I won't comment on that, but parabens (that you're likely to come into contact with) aren't an issue. The idea is from a now retracted study that has been thoroughly debunked. The levels of parabens that you're going to be exposed to from food and cosmetics are fine.

so is it worth in that case

what if ur high e and low t?
Take aromasin and most of your T will convert to DHT instead of E.
And save money for a hair system

high animal protein intake increase igf-1 levels.
