For those who have successfully reached him for surgeries, how did you manage it? I mean how did you get him to sit and make a consultation with you?

We’ve messaged through Giants and I’ve spoken to several of his patients and even surgeons he collaborates with, and they all say the same thing—contacting him is incredibly difficult. While Giants is undeniably a leader in blackpilled hardmaxxing, I can’t understand why he’s so hard to reach. Yes, he’s dedicated, working tirelessly, and constantly learning to improve, but the lack of communication feels frustrating. His promotion of the blackpill philosophy is well-deserved, but if we can’t contact him, how are we supposed to ascend?

He chooses to promote himself like that , It doesn't have the intention to make people know everything he like that "Mysterious" vibe / having people chase him it creates more buzz for him also he not being reachable does the same effect it's all how he promotes him brand

I see why he does it but I still think it's kinda cringe but I understand why he does it, Also he could have gotten a clerk or someone to deal with his social media but he choose not to because it benefits him otherwise he would , Imagine how much traffic these obsessive incels in this forum like how much publicity and attention they give him his whole brand is based on them they supply him with insane amount of traffic and create even more buzz on tiktok / instagram or everywhere tbh

He also probably wants to remain somewhat anonymous from the looks of it, meaning less consults.
