-diet: no fats, everithing steamed/boiled.Red meat only once per week.Low GI carbs:broccoli spinach oats etc.Also avoid salt !!!!
-cardio: 30 min of running in the morning
-l carnitine.2 pills per day.Take after eating
-intermittent fasting everyday.18/6 interval
-water fasting once a week
-3 liters of water lemon ! 1 liter every morning( I drink it warm with a little bit of pink salt )
