Some very weird shit has been happening to me this week. I feel really fatique/tired all the time, I'm having major deppressive episodes, trouble sleeping, loss of motivation(especially for gymcelling) and low sex drive(I feel really desensitized to porn). All these symptoms point to vitamin d deficiency/low testosterone. I would mainly say its the vitamin d deficiency causing low testosterone cause I had it in the pass, it's really cold where I live, I always avoid the sun and I'm black so not a lot of sunlight gets absorbed into my skin. I started supplementing with vitamin d3 (3,600 iu) and make sure to get the rest from foods like milk and eggs. How long do you guys think it will take for my vitamin d levels to come back to normal?
