How to measure:

2. Measure from point where your ramus and body of the mandible meets, up to the middle point of your chin, that's why you'll need flexible tape and NOT A RULER

3. For ramus measure from just below your ear to your gonial angle (where your ramus and body of the mandible meets)

3.5-4 cm to 10.5-11 cm circa. Its within those ranges for sure, but hard to measure 100% exactly. Ramus closer towards 3.5, mandible closer towards 11 cm.

I have around 10cm -10,5cm I measure very precisely with putting my fingers where the bone starts

It will never be accurate because technically you are measuring soft tissue, not a bone.

Id still need like 2 cm longer mandible on both sides, because I have some upper teeth protrusion and my chin is like 1-2 cm recessed compared to upper teeth area when looking at the profile.

Id need a Chin wing or wraparound jaw implant to fully ascend..

I noticed measurements may vary because of overall bone/skull size

You may appear to have a long strong jawline but the bone in itself may be small

Might be helpful. Some guy on this forum said his ramus got longer from chewing.

The thing is, chewing has other downsides, its not just positives. It will widen midface (sometimes undesirable to have) in cheekbone+ zygo area, it will create more downwards rotation over long time, it can give a bloaty look to ramus + cheek area Etc.
