Aren’t the patties usually like paper thin? The buns are sorta thin too. What actually compensates the obvious lack of protein to being really high?

In fact I have a box of tuna cans in my storage room if I feel the need to eat one after a gym workout

Pretty shit tbh 25g of protein is found in a 150g of tuna, 3-4 big eggs, etc. No need for that overpriced shit + tastes like shit.

Idk if that's just a me thing but I prefer whole foods to fast food shit. I never found any fast food tasty, nor enjoyable. It's always synthetic tasting, overpriced, shit nutrients... My favorite snacks are bananas tbh, I'd much rather have a banana than some shit doughnut served at fast food.

If you abstain long enough from fast food + sweets (like I did) I guess you realize you prefer fish, meat and fruits to shit quality foods found at the mall. I believe it's same as nofap, you become attracted to cute mtbs after a while which is how you're meant to be.

if you ate the same amount of calories in just lean beef you’d have over 100 grams of protein it’s only high protein compared to lays chips or other slop

cottage cheese is ok tasting you can do alot with it as long as you aren’t relying on meals to look forward to and cope with whatever life bullshit you have to do like a shit job
