How to combat looksmin from hard water

Hard water dries out skin and causes hair loss. Problem is theres no way to check water quality as well other than TDS provided by governement. TDS means total dissolved solids, and water is considered safe to bathe if below 1000 TDS . Thing is though one can have low TDS and it may still be harmful if the dissolved solids are primarily mercury, lead and Plutonium for eg. rather than high magnesium , sulfate and zinc for eg (which is mostly good). I think aside from gut health this is the main causes of acne we see everywhere

I use carbonated soda water to wash my face from now until I find a fix for this. Alternative baking soda in a bucket and some epsom salts added can also work
