1) close your eyes and squeeze them hard for 10 seconds. you can do reps 10x10 every hour. (you will see results literally immediately)
2) bonesmash browridge and the bone on top of your brows
everything surrounding the eyes is made out of muscle and you can either work them out or not. working them out will fix any asymmetries that excess fat causes. if you have more than 12% bf try to lower it because fat pulls the face and everyone has more fat on one side of the face.
