What are the surgeries needed to fix these flaws? In what order should they be done?
1.) Recessed lower jaw
2.) Upper jaw normal but very slight recession according to surgeon (recommended double jaw with genio: would this make the upper jaw look chimplike after the double jaw which is a concern?)
3.) Horizontally narrow jaw
4.) Narrow chin
5.) Vertically short chin
