I had like a red area around my nose and it was alawys dry and shit and I tried many creams and stuff and none worked and I went to a skin doctor he looked at it and he prescribed me some antibiotics for 2 weeks and it went away im not 100% sure its the same thing that you have but maybe

MCT oil is what you need. MCT oil contains c8 and c10 fatty acids which the seb derm the yeast cannot digest but can try and eat, so basically Seb derm feeds off of long chain fatty acids so what we do is give them short chain ones bc they can eat but not digest those and so when the yeast gets c8 and c10, it eats them and can't digest it it KILLS THE YEAST after it tries to eat it, fixing the problem at the root. ALSO, ketoconazole helps too.
