How to improve my looksmaxing plan

Skin:

Tretinoin 0.5% daily
Moisturizer 2x daily
Vitamin C serum daily
Derma rolling 1-2x monthly
3x carrot daily (Beta carotene)

Hair:
Coconut + almond oil
Shampoo only 1x weekly
Derma rolling

Eye area:
Bone smashing brow ridge (reduce upper eyelid exposure)
Derma rolling for eyebrow growth
Vaseline eyebrow (Is this cope?)
(If i'm not psl 6.5-7 when im 19 i'll do upper eyelid surgery)

Lower third:
Mewing 24/7
Gum 2hour daily

Gymcelling
Nsuns 5day spilt to build strenght (Will bulk until I get 100kg bench, 70kg ohp)
Neck training (3x20 neck extensions daily)
Shoulder training (According to Dr.Mike Israetel 6-8reps is Maximum effective volume, and the program covers that)
Trap training (shrugs 3x10-20 daily)

Heightmaxing:
Height frauding if im not 192 when im older (im 186cm 16 now)


What am I missing out on

Sounds good already. Be careful with chewing gum everyday since it can lead to tmj. You should try keep your bf low since facial aesthetics>>>>>body. Also you should socialmaxx/NT-maxx since social circle is pretty much best way to get laid for guys below 18.

If i could give one advice to high school guys,would be this.Looksmax yourself and good hygiene,and be social and NT and you are pretty much set for the future whatever you do.Be assertive and don't take anything personally,most people are clueless.

what the fuck is "brow smashing brow ridge"?
you can't modify the shape of your skull by smashing it.
for example when you lift weights, the force of the barbell doesn't change the shape of your arm bones. (they just become heavier and denser.
furthermore you can't reduce asymmetrical eyelid exposure unless you pay a surgeon for a eyelid silicone filling

This looks super retarded.

Your best bet to deal with upper eyelid is grow your upper eyelashes and thicken eyebrows, will make your eyes look more hooded.
 
You're already more advanced than I could ever be. It's incredible to have such a detailed, systematic looksmaxing plan as a high-schooler. Keep going bro.

Perfect plan . Also keep plastic surgeries in the back of your mind if necessary after you are 21 plus . Don’t do them before 21. Also eat clean and do not let gyno and fat creep on your body .

I will also add behavior maxing . I am sure you are well aware about female nature - don’t chase pussy . Indicate interest. If she likes you , she will reciprocate . Behavior maxing is also key .
