Not gonna write a whole book on this . But basically my lifestyle: sleeping late, drinking max 1l of water per day (not good for my weight and in general) even if i sweat. Full of stress and most importantly: food. I eat a normal meal like 2-3 times a week (not guaranteed i will eat healthy the whole day). The rest of the days i either don't eat or eat a lot of fucking candy and stuff like that.
I'm not ldar btw, still living a good life but my immunity and health in general are fucked up, but i think its because it doesnt show up on my skin, eyes etc (on my hair its visible since it has no nutrients
)
I'm literally addicted to this lifestyle, like just enjoying life, eating fast food, drinking soda, eating candy and just having fun btw so i want to balance things out and reduce these activities
