Hard to explain, but the curtains make you look equal parts try-hard and autistic because your natural hair texture doesn't work very well for that style. It looks too much like a mushroom and almost nobody does their hair like that so with your low-trust features, it comes across as serial-killery in a scary way, not in an attractive way.

0.87 is elite. my midface ratio is 0.84

If you really have an overbite (well frauded in this pic) that should be your top priority to fix with a bimax. Then re-asses the situation from there, cause ill change your nose and eye area too.
For lower eyelid support you either need filler or infraorbital rim implants.

Agree with the guy who told you to change your hair style. This one kinda sucks with your thick hair and emphasizes your skull width (jfl dude). Go either for longer hair so that it drops down rather then laterally, or go for a shorter cut.
