im honestly on the edge of suicide. i cant even starve properly anymore. body recomp is retarded. i cant see my ribs as well but i dont seem to have gained fat. perhaps muscle. ive been eating a lot of protein. i haven't exercised though. fuck im so disgusting. this is the last day ill eat.
