First is the botch a 12month post op, look at upper lip and full a d projection , shitty lasolabial angle

Second is few days post op still swollen, perfect nasolabial angle and projection

Its truly hard to really assess what does one person rly need and you got lucky finding a doctor who was ready to listen to you.

Alfaro plan: max projection + max CCW

It can look good on people, on others no.
Lot of his cases are very bad in aesthetic way

You need to acess everything not just projection: upper lip projection, nasolabial angle, angle between chin and lips etc

Wdym by "6mm lower" with the first one, was that a 6mm downgraft or something?

1st surgery is 0 downgraft, i got 6mm lower jaw at the point of incisor.

The jaw can rotate with CCW which will advance the pogonion more.

For exemp'e you have 6o clock and 3 o clock, lets say you incisir is at the center and chin at 6 oclock, if you rotate the incisor 90degrre it will makr ur chin to 3 o clock

Thats why we can say:
- Lower jaw is advancement 6mm of we count incisor reference only
- 9mm if we count the chin as reference (pogonion)

I got nrml genio , the second he cut back on the same cut and slide it back hald of it

Yeah sure, I’m playing with Morphs for now, I have another dental treatment so I still have a couple of years
But I will probably make the first contact before 2024

ok i see, morph are not 100% accurate

I did lot of morph for my revision surgery, results was better by alot

U cannot morph the rotational movement

Indeed so in theory the result will be even better
Alfaro is also good to change nose shape with his push technique, and I know for a fact that my nose is curved because of recession
I don’t even want to try in my home country ( France) as I don’t want to get botched
