NGL it boils down to:
perfect sleep
routinely fasting in 2-4 day intervals with the occasional 5-8 day dry fast
perfect diet
making sure to have enough minerals
vitamins
protein
and make sure to keep stress AS LOW AS POSSIBLE. Cortisol= acne / excess oil production = breakdown of skin and collagen scarring
edit: be healthy jfl also fasting is water fasting with electrolytes, not just water
