For my fellow gymcels and SBLcels out there, could anyone lend a hand?
I was doing U/L at 3x frequency with 6 sets to 0 RIR per week, but I hadn’t progressed on a single lift in months.
I’m going to experiment by going down to 2x frequency and 4 sets to 0 RIR per week, but I feel like that’s atrophy tier.
Any recommendations or input?
