As a natural lifter am I leaving gains on the table by not resting

Wtf does the shit in black mean

the number of warm-up sets, the number of working sets, the rep ranges, the number of reps to leave in the tank, the number of reps to leave in the tank in the final set, the inter-set rest period

WHY THE FUCK ARE FORUMCELS SO DUMB FUCK

It’s not complex. All I did is spell out the things that “simple” programs just don’t say. E.g. a simple-looking program doesn’t say how many warm-up sets to do and how many reps to keep in reserve, but every time you lift, you’re gonna do warm-up sets and keep a number of reps in reserve (usually from 0 to 3) anyway.

Yes I’ve tried it. I’m following a modified version of the program. I bell-swapped the bench presses; barbell instead of dumbbell incline bench and dumbbell instead of barbell flat bench.
