Okay here's my new diet. Never going to eat out at a restaurant again. This is a low fat diet so I dont get acne.
And for gymcel my plan is to daily do 1 hour cardio and some weights 3 days a week
- Asparagus
- Beans
- Fruit juice
- Rice meal
- Instant white Rice
- Salsa
- Lime juice
- Multivitamin pills (a few daily)
