I need help gymcel and diet advice

Okay here's my new diet. Never going to eat out at a restaurant again. This is a low fat diet so I dont get acne.
  • Asparagus
  • Beans
  • Fruit juice
  • Rice meal
    • Instant white Rice
    • Salsa
    • Lime juice
  • Multivitamin pills (a few daily)
And of course other healthy stuff can be added but this is my plan, thoughts?
And for gymcel my plan is to daily do 1 hour cardio and some weights 3 days a week
 
I haven't ate out at a restaurant with family in like 2 years, is that normal?

Low fat diets are dangerous, you need fat for a multitude of metabolic functions, the stimulation of hormonal production and cognitive function.
Also fat doesn't cause ance you sped.

I can understand in terms of acidity from coffee or soda, but I dont think juice is that acidic.

juice has too many calories. If you want the nutrients or w/e go for the fruit, not the juice. Water = no calories. And juice is basically useless

You need calories. Eating too much starch is not useful since it bloats you compared to sugar. also long to digest. its only the fat that is often combined with sugar (in starbucks drinks for example) that fucks people up.
Water is very good though. drinking 2-6 cups of water an hour is the final redpill.

Clen is pretty legit. Tren will give you asthma and insomnia and anger though (and acne and bitch tits). Better to stick with testosterone if you go that route.
