I ran on treadmill but dont trust the calories burned

I ran about 40 minutes and it is somehow took 7 km or miles I dont know. most I spent about
20 minutes on 10.0
10 minutes on 11.0
10 minutes on 12.0 speed values
it says 550 calories burned but I dont trust

Speed values are slower than it should be
 
Do HIIT. Like sometimes I will sprint for 1 min and take 3 min rest periods and repeat.

Also leanmaxxing is like 80% diet, 20% exercise.

I will try marathon before I meet my oneitis
 
Also lift weights to reduce the amount of lean tissue loss

Run more. Be thinner look better
 
Try swimming, walking, cycling its way more fun rather than stupid treadmill. Cardio is not the best way to lose fat.
