I’ve been hovering around 98 kg for four months until I started thyroid. I’m at 93 kg now after one month on thyroid hormone.

How was your sleep and mood when starving

it was completely fine, i got used to it after a few days and i wasnt even hungry
my starvemaxxing was mostly eating like 500-800 cals a day, sometimes 0. but if you break the streak and you eat over 1500 maybe, you have to go through a few days of torture again so you adjust.
im telling you, eating 1200-1500 is 10x more torture than eating almost nothing

I lose weight reliably when I count calories and go to bed hungry. But it's impossible for me to keep that up for more than 2-3 weeks.
