This is the bot.DON'T BE A MEANIE! WAAAA!
You can write something like this using an open sourced LLM library like Open Orca, and it's small enough to run on a laptop. To think governments aren't using this would be silly.
There's probably a human operator that sits all day, approving bot messages, to make sure the bots don't say something non-sensical, and then human operators can step in to establish relationships (PM), and possible add some human-ness to some of the posts.
I would guess that the government started experimenting with this tech in 2020 a year or so after the release of GPT-2, starting to automate some of their existing workflow, but it could have been any time since then.
As far as the frequency of the posts, and the delay time in responding to posts, it's not human. The programer clearly just setup up random wait function in the main process loop.
I bet if you were to perform statistical analysis on response time you'd see a clean mathematical distribution pattern, proving it was a bot. But my level of fucks is not high enough for that, and the ROI to me personally isn't.
You can actually use baysian trees to prove Xangsane is a bot.
Probability that the government is using bots: (like 100%).
Probability that if the government is using bots, it will have at least 1 of them running on looksmax.org (100% - they would be across at least a hundred different websites and this would be one).
So Which of the users that posts regularly here is most likely, one of the bots. 100% Xangsane, but there could be some other users as well with a lower post frequency. I'm not sure.
@Xangsane
