currently routine update.

Monday: off
Tuesday: T-bar rows 10x17
Wednesday: off
Thursday: Floor press 10x20
Friday: core focused bodyweight (see below)
Saturday: OHP 10x15
Sunday: Hex bar deadlifts 5 x 17

curls and skullcrushers every few days 3x50.

(usually ends up being twice or thrice a week)

lu raises sometimes 3 x 50.

What does lu raise mean?
Anything to add @Arborist ?
Also I’ll add my half to this training routine too.

lu raises are just a lateral raise with a bigger rom, I do them for shoulder health rather than hypertrophy.

I worked up to the volume I do, you might have to take it easier in the beginning or you might end up injuring yourself, that being said it is a known method of training that's was/is used by elite athletes called german volume training, and it's supposed to make you gain size/strength quickly, I got to it independently and didn't know about this though.

Wtf you keep on repeating the same excercise for 20 reps ?!???
