I know how. 10lb is nothing. I can lose that in literally less than a week.

are u fat? whats ur age? dont fall for lean pill too early!

Young = eat to grow, do a sport

Older & skinny fat = gym, even bulk (?) and then cut

Older & fat = fasting&eating later in day, cardio, lifting weights (dont crash diet you'll probably mess up your metabolism)

1200 calories a day, eat most of them before bed so you don't binge at night

(it's unhealthy but it's how you get very lean if you're a manlet)

I’m 15 and 202 (6’0) I have a stomach that looks bloated asf that’s why I wanna lose weight :feelsuhh: I wanna get to 180 by my friends birthday which is in a month

yeah u dont wanna do anything drastic at 15 but you can easily start working out/eating less shit

IMO, you have to take control of your diet to take control of your weight.
It might be difficult (or impractical) to do this at the age of 15, depending on whether or not your parents are cool with you cooking your own meals.
