Who the fuck thought it was a brilliant idea to make Saturday and Sunday the universal days off? Literally the most inconvenient thing ever (nowadays). And ofc it comes from some ancient Jewish bullshit - Judaism and then Christianity. Saturday’s the Jewish Sabbath, Sunday’s the Christian day of rest, and now we’re all forced to follow this shit.
Why the hell are we still stuck with this? The whole world doesn’t need to follow the same shit schedule just because Jews decided it was a good idea to rest on the 7th day officially. Ridiculous. People’s lives are way different now, but nah, Jews won't let us, right?
