I feel like buccal fat removal is just cope. Mike mew even said that it's usually similar amount in most individuals. Decent bone structure and low bodyfat is mainly what matters and buccal fat removal just makes that look uncanny for ppl with decent bones.

Tbh guys with great bone structure will still show faint, distinguishable cheekbones and jawline at a relatively high bodyfat percentage.
