how the fuck do i manage to fuck my schedule up right after i fixed it

it's 3:48 fucking AM i feel tired like a fucking nigger in the cottage cheese fields during the 18th century

im now gonna have to spend a FUCKING WEEK fixing this shi because i have chronic insomnia that comes back when i cheat on the diet

problem is i take every sleeping med js got nothing to do on days i dont go out

Make sure you don't get a high dose, since it's most effective in the 1-3mg range.
