This was legjt 3 months ago. When i smile as hard as i can with my teeth you cant really see a lot of fat building up

Fastforward 3 months later, whenever I smile with my teeth a disgusting blob of fat covers both of my cheeks
My belly has also gone bigger im abt 30% rn.
And my dad is legit bringing food for me from outisde its over. Im stsrting my diet tomorow instead fml
