Just got my palate expander. Lifefuel

Current stats:
1. 40.8mm intermolar width
2. Somewhat hollow cheeks with a somewhat noticeable ogee curve
3. Recessed maxilla and mandible
4. Very Narrow mouth (my mouth is only slightly wider than my nose jfl)
5. 8 teeth smile

Goals:
1. 48mm-50mm intermolar width
2. Very noticeable hollow cheeks and very prominent over curve
3. Fix my recessed maxilla and mandible
4. Achieve a wide mouth in hopes of fixing my shit mouth to nose ratio
5. 12 teeth smile

wdym last intermolar? Ideal intermolar width is probably around 48-55mm but idk about last intermolar

The last inter molar should ideally be the widest part of the palate so probably around 50-60mm

@xnj ideal last intermolar width could also go up to 65 maybe even 70mm but you’d likely need to have a high IPD and wide mandible along with it otherwise you’ll likely look weird

i must say having an extra tooth looks so bad ass when i open my mouth in fornt of the mirror, according to xrays i wont need any extractions, im so lucky i never got mutilated by any organ or body part removal, braces etc and i think the vaccine jab i got was a placebo also, lucky me
