Alr im 6'0 145-147 (victim weight) at 15 usually eating 3200 calories a day, walk 20k steps a day and just started training u/l/u/l 4 days a week, ive been eating 3.2k calories for months now but still cant gain weight so should i lower my steps? i want to keep my metabolism high but I really can’t gain weight
