Alr im 6'0 145-147 (victim weight) at 15 usually eating 3200 calories a day, walk 20k steps a day and just started training u/l/u/l 4 days a week, ive been eating 3.2k calories for months now but still cant gain weight so should i lower my steps? i want to keep my metabolism high but I really can’t gain weight

probably up ur calories and weigh urself every week if the scale goes up too high in a short amount of time u know to lower ur calories, also i wouldnt stop walking especially since walking after meals help with insulin sensitivity

thanks, but do you think 20k is a little much? i walk 10 minutes after every meal plus 2 and a half hour walk at mornings

20k is alot of steps 10k is enough but u do u
