Carbs don’t really affect my facial leanness whereas sodium does.
So I’ve been thinking if I went high carb for the muscle fullness and low sodium with high water intake would that keep my muscles looking full or do we need salt for the fullness too?
I’ve tried low sodium before and I feel weaker at the gym but I can’t remember if my muscles were full.
Currently on 2500 calories / 300g carb / 175g protein with around 2.5g salt / 1g sodium.
