Rate my basic supplement stack for someone with open growth plates:

Zinc – 22 mg
Omega-3 – 2 g
Vitamin D3 – 5,000 IU
Vitamin K2 (MK-7) – 90 mcg
Vitamin C – 450 mg
Glycine – 3 g
Magnesium citrate – 400 mg
Creatine – 5 g

And, of course, 8–9 hours of sleep in total darkness, a caloric surplus, and exercise.

If I don't see significant results within 2–3 months, I'm thinking of starting aromatase inhibitors and Ibutamoren. But for now, please honestly evaluate my basic stack and let me know what I should add to it.

In my opinion, this is a good stack simply for maintenance and to support better development during puberty.

Nigga stop coping, the fact is unless you have a deficiency in your diet these aren't even going to help you gain 1 cm of FAH

Cope bro. There is no growing bones. People with projected bones just have better hone positioning not bone mass. There are projected people with little bone mass

Чувак, перестань притворяться, дело в том, что если у тебя нет дефицита питательных веществ в рационе, эти штуки даже на 1 см роста тебе не помогут.
I'm not complaining about my facial bone structure, everything's great in that regard. It's the height, man.

You're overdoing it with the vitamin D3, you're going to poison yourself

Yes these won't change your height by even a centimeter. It's cope
I’m not denying that—it’s possible. Still, I’ll start with something easy; I’ve already mapped out a plan of action for two or three months down the line, in case things turn out the way you say.
