@TechnoBoss @NumbThePain?@Alexanderr @Master I lost the ability to (permanently) edit the OP. May I have that ability again?

Normally a user has a set time established by the website's settings to edit posts. Sometimes it's 10 mins, sometimes it's 7 days or longer. It depends on the site. I don't know about .org's settings, but the last time you edited the post was in Sept 2024, so obviously that timer has expired. It's unlikely to be re-established because you technically didn't lose any unique permission.@Orc @Randomized Shame?
Previous mod(s) gave me the ability to edit the OP for an extended time period. So that's either expired or something changed since then. Making a new thread each update defeats the purpose.Normally a user has a set time established by the website's settings to edit posts. Sometimes it's 10 mins, sometimes it's 7 days or longer. I personally recommend making a new thread. If you have minor edits you'd like to make, then you can maybe ask a moderator to edit the post for you, but any dramatic changes would not be worth our time for an older Off Topic post.
I see. If you were given that extension previously then it's possible the additional extension expired.Previous mod(s) gave me the ability to edit the OP for an extended time period. So that's either expired or something changed since then. Making a new thread each update defeats the purpose.
It was probably @Master or @Alexanderr. I don't reckon normal mods have that permission.I see. If you were given that extension previously then it's possible the additional extension expired.
I'm not sure how to extend this permission as a moderator, it's only something I would know how to do as an admin. Do you recall if it was an admin+ who extended this permission for you or was it a head moderator?
