Normally a user has a set time established by the website's settings to edit posts. Sometimes it's 10 mins, sometimes it's 7 days or longer. It depends on the site. I don't know about .org's settings, but the last time you edited the post was in Sept 2024, so obviously that timer has expired. It's unlikely to be re-established because you technically didn't lose any unique permission.

I personally recommend making a new thread. If you have minor edits you'd like to make, then you can maybe ask a moderator to edit the post for you, but any dramatic changes would not be worth our time for an older Off Topic post.

I see. If you were given that extension previously then it's possible the additional extension expired.

I'm not sure how to extend this permission as a moderator, it's only something I would know how to do as an admin. Do you recall if it was an admin+ who extended this permission for you or was it a head moderator?

It was probably @Master or @Alexanderr. I don't reckon normal mods have that permission.
