Im talking about few mm of bone after 6-7 months of consistent thumbpulling. It has worked for me and alot of other ppl.

If I had 1 eye appart I would have almost perfect midface ration.
Maybe you have some solutions to it ?

I eat really healthy, almost carnivore diet. Lots of red meat, chicken, salmon, oysters. Minimum 7 eggs a day. And i dont drink milk. I have lactose intolorense. I do sprints 2 times a week, a home gym 1 time a week.
