LOOKSMAXXING TECHNIQUE DISCOVERED FOR RECESSEDCELS. FACE ROWING

I have been experimenting for a year but only recently I perfected my technique that gives maximum tension and force on midface, better than donsjohns diagrams
How is ur method different?

I support that thumb pulling makes overbite. I started doing thumb pulling because of the king of the cope "oscar patel". Then I corrected my overbite. Do you have any results, for example: prifil? improved breathing?

No way u actually do that bro

Wtf u saying bro🤣🤣

Ur mandible follows ur maxilla though
not in this case, you apply pressure on your maxilla which becomes longer and your jaw stays the same shape thus causes overbite

thumbpulling is also a unnatural force profile. nowhere in nature are you going to eat something that will put pressure like thumbpulling does, whereas facepulling, the profile force is natural like eating steak with your hands

I'm 26 with a slight overbite any chances this could still work? Or am I damned to watch my wife fuck every nigger in the country instead of me till the end of human civilization?

Good to know thanks. And just to make sure I don't do stupid shit, I ask a potentielly stupid question: You guys bite on that Belt like a sling (like you bite with your teeth in the middle of the belt in your mouth it's curved and hold the two Ends of it with your left and Right Hand then pull)? Or you just bite the one End of a broad belt and pull the other End with both hands like tug of war?

bite on whole palate (using all teeth) and pull up and forward with hands. use body weight and legs to pull the weight away from you so you can maximum tension.

Thank you very much for the quick answers man, I'll give it a try

What effect would this have on the mandible? Wouldn’t the mandible become recessed due to the maxilla moving too fast? High iq post though 🥰

you can take a look at donsjohns progress pics and decide for yourself if this works or not: https://web.archive.org/web/2016070...ooksmax-Belt-facepulling?pid=952783#pid952783

My technique is an improved version of his work since I experimented a lot with his techniques but I never got that pull I wanted. I hear sutures moving when I pull with my arms while pulling backward with body and pushing the weight away with my feet. I get maximum TENSION

btw I have a really compact midface so would it be better for me to pull forwards rather than upwards?

I have the Problem that it feels like 20 % of the force goes into my face and 80% into my neck and tips?

let's just say theoretically if you were super dysgenic and the top half of your face looked like it was caved in.. just asking for a friend haha

I don't think it's possible to fix this through bite training, but I wanted to know your opinion because theoretically if you could apply force there somehow it should be fixable with the same principle.

hmmmmmmmmmmmmm interesting. The nasal bone is hard to uncave but I honestly think it would still somewhat improve it. Not directly but since everything around it would look uncaved if that makes sense

bite on pre-molars too and pull more forward (outward) than upward, lets say 80% forward - 20% up. I usually do 50% forward -50% upward for my pulls
