Lowest calorie intake for leanmaxxing

What would be the lowest calorie intake I should go at ? I hopped on reta the past 3 weeks and have been making excellent progress I went from ~20bf to ~15-16% bf, goal is 12%. I started by eating 2k cals per day but I slowly went more aggressive and now I eat approx 1200 cals but I do a lot of cardio so my net cal intake is 600-800 cals. I was wondering if anyone else did an extremely aggressive cut like mine who could share some advice.

I’m probably a bit bigger then you and I’m also enhanced but I was able to get to 16% body fat from 35% by eating high protein high carb chiken breast and rice whey with broccoli eggs and fortified rice crispys and almond milk for micros I also found if I hit my daily micros with macros I lost weight even faster and gained muscle or atleast my numbers went up while in a ~1.2k deficit

Alright thanks bhai, I had a convo w one of my gym buddies and decided to up my calorie intake because I was getting crazy mood swings and was starting to look a bit flat. Btw mirin avi have you watched the latest season it's so fucking good:love:

I actually animated on it a bit king trust it’s gonna be peak 🗣️🗣️!!!, yeah if your having mood swings you can’t work at your best keep the carbs up trust they are protein sparing and fuel lifts!!!

Yeah carbs are no joke even on a deficit. People overrate proteins and vilify carbs without understanding the major role they have.

When you have mood swings (on a cut) it means your hormonal system is taking a hit ; high cortisol and tanked level of estrogens (yes we men have estrogen and it's needed for a good balance/muscle building). Implement some refeed or carb cycling days. Omad can help too.
