Major Muscles and Muscle Groups Ranked By Aesthetic Importance

This tier list is about SMV aesthetics only. It’s about regular guys who train for looks to get more attractive, not about guys who want to be professional bodybuilders or powerlifters. A muscle being in the F tier doesn’t mean it is utterly useless. Some muscles, such as the muscles of the rotator cuffs, are functionally important but offer next to no aesthetic benefits from hypertrophy. Some muscles, such as the hamstrings, are in low tiers because they’re largely irrelevant to building physiques that women find attractive.

Tier of Aesthetic ImportanceBody Parts
S
  • lateral deltoids
  • forearm muscles
  • biceps
  • triceps
A
  • rectus abdominis
  • anterior deltoids
  • pecs
  • latissimus dorsi
  • neck muscles
  • upper trapezius
B
  • rear deltoids
  • external obliques
C
  • quadriceps
  • calves
F
  • all back muscles that aren’t lats and traps
  • rotator cuff muscles
  • legs’ abductors
  • legs’ adductors
  • hamstrings
  • glutes
  • all lower leg muscles that aren’t calves
  • serratus anterior
  • transverse abdominis
  • all muscles that’re named “internal” e.g. internal obliques

agree with all besides upper trapezius in A, should be S bc of it's a contribution to a masculine appearance and to an overall size of frame.

What I personally have been complimented by women the most who seen me naked:

- abs / Adonis belt / obliques
- forearm (vascularity)
- shoulder (width)
- glutes being firm

Much less often:
- chest / clavicles
- upper arms
- calves

Women rarely say anything about these:
- back
- traps
- quads / hamstrings

I've got compliments about my back and it's essential to get the v-shape.
Otherwise I agree.

Lmao, the real ranking is

1) Neck (massive face halo and face > everything)
2) Shoulders (frame frauding)
3) Glutes (Massive sex appeal boost)
--------------power gap---------------
4) Abs (Best muscle for statusmaxxing on social media, pool)
5) Pecs (only muscle that matters in the side view)
6) Back (front view > back view, that's why pecs mog back)

Nothing else matters but you need some mass in the other muscles to compensate a huge neck, otherwise you will look uncanny

Big muscles are cope. Being tall with wide shoulders and sub 30 inch waist is all that matters
