mewing difficulties, please help.

teeth closed, lips closed, pressing my tongue onto the upper palate. however, i cant feel the back third of the tongue on the palate and dont know how to get it up there. i also usually dont feel anything moving in my head when i mew, sometimes i feel pressure in the back of my head or jaw or zygos which is good but usually i dont, does this mean nothng is happening?

Hold the position of smiling with teeth showing, and swallow, your whole tongue front to back will stick to the palate
