It's literally junk food that's been successfully marketed as health food just lol. It contains so many unnessrarly calories that you may as well just drink ice cream at that point.

1 small glass(330ml) of milk = 144cal
2x servings per meal (3 meals per day) = 864cal

YOU'RE LITERALLY DRINKING AN ENTIRE EXTRA MEAL'S WORTH OF MILK JUST LOL.

Literally the first thing I did when I had to start losing weight was removing all milk from my diet. This shit is fucking poison srs.

Milk should be treated the same as other junk food and only used in baking imo.

Milk is kind of fucked if you don't drink raw milk untouched by goy hormones that turn the friggin frogs gay.

I used to drink a gallon of milk a day, ontop of eating 3 meals of chicken, broccoli, and brown rice when I was gymcelling. Made ridiculous gains, but you can get fat if you aren't lifting enough. I was only doing it because my routine was 6 days a week doing a P/P/L - this gave me enough volume to allow me to be relatively lean even with a crazy high over 3,500cal diet.

Unless you're eating literal candy this shit doesn't fucking matter. If you dumped a bunch of vitamins into a chocolate ice cream shake, it would have plenty of nutrients in it, but it would still be junk. Liquid calories don't make you feel full yet still make you fat, not to mention are very easy to over-consume. Drink 2-3 glasses of milk with your dinner, and you've basically had a second meal.

why when i say nutrients are important you talk about pills and ice cream when you should be thinking of liver, brain, marrow, blood, etc.

why is milk making you feel satiated after only a small amount a bad thing? if something makes you feel satiated after only consuming a small amount that means its nutrient/fat dense.
